Gavin Walker always knew he was different. He knew there was something about him that just was’t like other guys. After a very dark moment in Gavin’s life he turns to music as his saving grace. Along side his best friend Hawke, Gavin is able to live for the first time in his life.
Ten years after Gavin’s darkest hour his band Sphere of Irony is a worldwide phenomenon. But with stardom comes fans, paparazzi, no privacy and occasionally a mad stalker. When Gavin walks into his hotel suite to find a gift from a “fan” he is a little concerned. First of all how did it get in his room? Second of all this is no ordinary “gift”. Gavin is looking down at a dead animal on his bed. Things just got real.
Mitch Hale an ex FBI agent turned freelance computerized security expert for the wealthy of Los Angeles has been thrust into the world of fame. Begged by his best friend, Mitch takes the case to find Gavin Walkers stalker. Leaving behind a bad relationship Mitch takes off to help the band and find out exactly who the sicko is that is causing so many problems. The day Mitch meets Gavin fireworks go off! Not like the 4th of July oooo ahhh fireworks, but the what the hell did I get myself into kind.
They absolutely hate each other! How do you work with someone you hate?
Gavin can’t deny that Mitch is sexy as hell, but being around him is going to make his life a living hell.
To find the stalker Mitch comes up with a plan. After finding out that Gavin is gay he decided that his only chance at really drawing this guy out is to do what the stalker does not want.
Make it public that Gavin is in fact gay!
Can pushing Gavin’s personal life into the public eye make a difference? Or will the stalker make good on his threats to cause harm to him if he doesn’t hide the truth?
I loved the story line and all the back and forth bickering between Gavin and Mitch. To me it made it more real that they couldn’t stand one another. I was turning the page as fast as I could to find out who the stalker was and I got the surprise of my life when I found out!!! You have got to read this amazing story if you want to know exactly what kind of explosions go off between these two!!!
